("C3PI," "we," "us," or "our") may send you SMS (text message) communications in connection with your use of our platform, programs, and services, including the C3PI Supplier Readiness Assessment, CorpCon curriculum, T.T.I.P. Marketplace, and related offerings.

We will only send you SMS messages if you have provided prior express written consent. Consent is obtained through our web-based opt-in forms, in-person program enrollment forms, or other documented consent mechanisms. Consent is never assumed, inferred, or required as a condition of purchase or program participation.

Message frequency varies based on your program activity and enrollment status. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month depending on your participation level.

Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. C3PI does not charge separately for SMS communications.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. You may also opt out by contacting us directly at info@c3pi.com.

Data Use & Sharing

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are collected solely for the purpose of delivering program-related communications described above. C3PI does not sell, rent, lease, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information to any third party for their own marketing purposes. This data is not shared with affiliates, partners, vendors, or any other entity for outbound marketing use. Opt-in data may be shared only as required by law or with service providers strictly necessary to deliver the SMS communications on our behalf, who are contractually bound to protect your information.

Data Retention

Opt-in records, including consent timestamp, source URL, and consent language version, are retained for a minimum of 4 years in accordance with carrier compliance requirements.
