By accessing or using any C3PI website, assessment, marketplace, training portal, or event (collectively, the "Services") operated by Cultivating Capital Collective Partners, Inc. ("C3PI", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by interfering with their operation, attempting to access them through unauthorized means, or using them to violate any law or third-party right.
All content, trademarks, and assessments provided through the Services are owned by C3PI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. C3PI does not guarantee any particular contracting outcome from use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, C3PI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
